My blood pressure reading has not been in the 120's for years. Lately it has been 120/73 or 77 and my resting heart rate went to 60 or low 70's with just taking 3 capsules at nights for 2 weeks!!!! have not taken my blood pressure meds in 2 weeks and when I use to take them my readings would be in the mid 130's and 140's over high 80's! Do yourself a favor and give yourself some more years!!!!

I LOVE being able to take a (Kuraci ) daily multi-vitamin via liquid ingestion vs. a large solid tablet! I have a narrow esophagus which caused issues taking large, solid tablets like a daily vitamin. Unfortunately, one of these tablets became stuck in my throat and I ended up aspirating the vitamin - an incredibly scary experience that led to aspirated pneumonia Kuraci ... 3 weeks later, I'm finally recovering and have thrown away my solid (and large) daily vitamin tablets. I AM SO THANKFUL for this liquid daily vitamin Kuraci ... it tastes good (remember Tang?) AND the very best part is I don't have to worry or stress over choking on a solid tablet - it's liquid that goes down so very easily AND tastes good too! THANK GreenBnano for providing me something that contributes to my overall health and alleviates my worry that I'll end up risking aspirating a vitamin tablet again.

Great flavor and I really like vitamin profile. I have trouble taking vitamins in pill form, and this liquid vitamin has a great taste, is easy on the stomach, and includes the vitamins I need. This is a staple in my house now! I never go without it.
